Tryout Information
Fitness Testing
Conducted by Fix Athletics our training facility. The fitness testing will consist of-
4-5 athletic tests. Two power - one horizontal and one vertical power - one change of direction - one speed / acceleration - one energy system

Season Information
Open Men’s League
All players will play on their respective rosters in the Men’s Open League. Players will need to register online themselves and pay the league fee of 120/session.
Session-Oct-Mar
Tournaments 2025/2026
1. Vancouver Cup-Nov 7-9 players are not required to travel to this and remaking spots will be filled by U19 players. Players will book their own flights to travel.
2. Heritage Classic-Feb 28-Mar 2-mandatory
3. Western Canada Cup (Edmonton)-April 4-6-mandatory
4. Nationals TBA
Training
The team will train once a week at Fix Athletics-Mondays at 6pm beginning Nov 17
Practices will take place on Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturdays, Sunday dates. Locations are Sheldon Williams Collegiate, The Nest and The Lawson Fieldhouse.
all players are required to complete a referee course when offered. The next course is Oct 18 12-5pm at The Nest Oct 18th

Team Clothing/Equipment-$140 + Ball $60
All players must purchase a ball, t-shirt warm up and a jacket. Uniforms are supplied but must be returned at the end of season. Players who own these do not have to buy them again.
No additional clothing will be needed.
